Darunavir's FDA label of August 29, 2025 names nortriptyline in its drug interactions section; the nortriptyline label PlainMeds reads does not name darunavir. The darunavir label: “Use a lower dose of the tricyclic antidepressants and trazodone due to potential increased adverse events such as nausea, dizziness, hypotension and syncope.”
