Darunavir's FDA label of August 29, 2025 names ergotamine in its contraindications section; the ergotamine label PlainMeds reads does not name darunavir. The darunavir label: “Co-administration is contraindicated due to potential for serious and/or life-threatening reactions such as acute ergot toxicity characterized by peripheral vasospasm and ischemia of the extremities and other tissues.”
