Dapsone's FDA label (Aczone) of October 23, 2025 names primaquine in its drug interactions section; the primaquine label PlainMeds reads does not name dapsone. The dapsone label: “… pamaquine, para‐aminosalicylic acid, phenacetin, phenobarbital, phenytoin, primaquine, and quinine may increase the risk for developing methemoglobinemia.”
