What does the trabectedin label say about dacarbazine?
Trabectedin label, warnings and precautionsElevations in creatine phosphokinase (CPK) occurred in 122 (32%) of the 378 patients receiving trabectedin, including Grade 3 or 4 CPK elevation in 24 patients (6%), compared to 15 (9%) of the 172 patients receiving dacarbazine with any CPK elevation, including 1 patient (0.6%) with Grade 3 CPK elevation.
