Clozapine's FDA label of June 6, 2025 names tacrolimus in its drug interactions section; the tacrolimus labels PlainMeds reads (4) do not name clozapine. The clozapine label: “Drugs that cause QT prolongation include: specific antipsychotics, specific antibiotics, Class 1A antiarrhythmics or Class III antiarrhythmics, and others.”
