Clopidogrel's FDA label of May 30, 2025 names rifampin in its drug interactions section; the rifampin label PlainMeds reads does not name clopidogrel. The clopidogrel label: “Rifampin strongly induces CYP2C19 resulting to both an increase level of clopidogrel active metabolite and platelet inhibition, which in particular might potentiate the risk of bleeding.”
