Trilaciclib's FDA label of August 31, 2025 names cisplatin in its drug interactions section; the cisplatin label PlainMeds reads does not name trilaciclib. The trilaciclib label: “Closely monitor for nephrotoxicity.; Comments: Concurrent treatment with COSELA may increase the exposure and alter the net accumulation of cisplatin in the kidney, which may associate with dose-related nephrotoxicity.”
