Glipizide's FDA label of January 8, 2026 names chloramphenicol in its drug interactions section; the chloramphenicol label PlainMeds reads does not name glipizide. The glipizide label: “… octreotide), sulfonamide antibiotics, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory agents, chloramphenicol, probenecid, coumarins, voriconazole, H2 receptor antagonists, and quinolones.”
