Ceritinib's FDA label of December 15, 2025 names rifampin in its drug interactions section; the rifampin label PlainMeds reads does not name ceritinib. The ceritinib label: “Strong CYP3A Inducers A strong CYP3A4/P-gp inducer (rifampin) decreased the systemic exposure of ceritinib, which may decrease the efficacy of ZYKADIA.”
