The captopril label: “Information for Patients and ADVERSE REACTIONS.) Patients receiving coadministration of ACE inhibitor and mTOR inhibitor therapy or a neprilysin inhibitor may be at increased risk for angioedema.”

Sirolimus's label does not name captopril itself; it warns about its class (ACE inhibitors):
