Monitor closely for bleeding with concomitant use. ( 7 ) Concomitant Use of Anticoagulants, Thrombolytic Drugs, Heparin or Antiplatelet Agents Concomitant use of CABLIVI with any anticoagulant, thrombolytic drugs, heparin or antiplatelet agent may increase the risk of bleeding.
