Cabozantinib's FDA label (Cometriq) of October 18, 2025 names nefazodone in its drug interactions section; the nefazodone label PlainMeds reads does not name cabozantinib. The cabozantinib label: “Avoid taking a strong CYP3A4 inhibitor while taking COMETRIQ or reduce the dosage of COMETRIQ if concomitant use with strong CYP3A4 inhibitors cannot be avoided.”
