Sildenafil's FDA label (Revatio) of December 18, 2024 names bosentan in its drug interactions section; the bosentan label PlainMeds reads does not name sildenafil. The sildenafil label: “Moderate-to-Strong CYP3A Inducers Concomitant use of REVATIO with moderate-to-strong CYP3A inducers (such as bosentan) decreases the sildenafil exposure.”
