Venetoclax's FDA label of May 20, 2026 names azacitidine in its warnings and precautions section; the azacitidine labels PlainMeds reads (3) do not name venetoclax. The venetoclax label: “… rate of TLS was 1.1% in patients who received VENCLEXTA in combination with azacitidine (VIALE-A).”

What does the venetoclax label say about azacitidine?

In patients with AML who followed the current 3-day ramp-up dosing schedule and the TLS prophylaxis and monitoring measures, the rate of TLS was 1.1% in patients who received VENCLEXTA in combination with azacitidine (VIALE-A).
