Atazanavir's FDA label of August 6, 2025 names repaglinide in its drug interactions section; the repaglinide label PlainMeds reads does not name atazanavir. The atazanavir label: “Use of REYATAZ without ritonavir is not recommended when coadministered with drugs highly dependent on CYP2C8 with narrow therapeutic indices.”
