Atazanavir's FDA label of August 6, 2025 names itraconazole in its drug interactions section; the itraconazole labels PlainMeds reads (2) do not name atazanavir. The atazanavir label: “… to the effect of ritonavir on ketoconazole, high doses of ketoconazole and itraconazole (>200 mg/day) should be used cautiously when administering atazanavir with ritonavir.”
