What the FDA labels say about taking them together
Aspirin/oxycodone and heparin
Aspirin/oxycodone's FDA label of December 17, 2025 names heparin in its drug interactions section; heparin's label does not name aspirin/oxycodone itself but warns about its class (NSAIDs (nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs), Opioids (opioid agonists), platelet aggregation inhibitors). The aspirin/oxycodone label: “Anticoagulant Therapy (Heparin and Warfarin): Patients on anticoagulation therapy are at increased risk for bleeding because of drug-drug interactions and the effect on platelets.”
Check it at the source: the aspirin/oxycodone FDA label on DailyMed (effective December 17, 2025, Epic Pharma, LLC); the heparin FDA label on DailyMed (effective November 28, 2025, Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC).

What does the heparin label say about aspirin/oxycodone?
Heparin's label does not name aspirin/oxycodone itself; it warns about its class (NSAIDs (nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs), Opioids (opioid agonists), platelet aggregation inhibitors):
Heparin label, drug interactionsDrugs such as NSAIDS (including salicylic acid, ibuprofen, indomethacin, and celecoxib), dextran, phenylbutazone, thienopyridines, dipyridamole, hydroxychloroquine, glycoprotein IIb/IIIa antagonists (including abciximab, eptifibatide, and tirofiban), and others that interfere with platelet-aggregation reactions (the main hemostatic defense of heparinized patients) may induce bleeding and should be used with caution in patients receiving heparin sodium.
Heparin label, drug interactionsTo reduce the risk of bleeding, a reduction in the dose of antiplatelet agent or heparin is recommended.

These are the labels' own sentences. PlainMeds does not grade interactions; a pharmacist or prescriber can say what they mean for one person's medicines.
