Vardenafil's FDA label of January 5, 2026 names aspirin in its drug interactions section; the aspirin label PlainMeds reads does not name vardenafil. The vardenafil label: “Aspirin Vardenafil (10 mg and 20 mg) did not potentiate the increase in bleeding time caused by aspirin (two 81 mg tablets).”

What does the vardenafil label say about aspirin?

Vardenafil label, warnings and precautions

There is no clinical evidence of any additive prolongation of the bleeding time when vardenafil is administered with aspirin.
