Triamcinolone's FDA label (Triesence) of June 5, 2026 names aspirin in its drug interactions section; the aspirin label PlainMeds reads does not name triamcinolone. The triamcinolone label: “Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) Concomitant use of aspirin and corticosteroids increases the risk of gastrointestinal side effects.”
