Tenecteplase's FDA label of December 15, 2025 names aspirin in its warnings and precautions section; the aspirin label PlainMeds reads does not name tenecteplase. The tenecteplase label: “Because heparin, aspirin, or TNKase may cause bleeding complications, carefully monitor for bleeding, especially at arterial puncture sites.”
