Hydrocortisone's FDA label (Solu-Cortef) of August 27, 2026 names aspirin in its drug interactions section; the aspirin label PlainMeds reads does not name hydrocortisone. Aspirin should be used cautiously in conjunction with corticosteroids in hypoprothrombinemia. …”
