Citalopram's FDA label of October 9, 2023 names aspirin in its warnings and precautions section; the aspirin label PlainMeds reads does not name citalopram. The citalopram label: “In cr eased Risk of Bleeding: Concomitant use of aspirin, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, other antiplatelet drugs, warfarin and other anticoagulants may increase this risk.”
