Amoxicillin's FDA label of February 22, 2024 names estriol in its drug interactions section; the estriol label PlainMeds reads does not name amoxicillin. The amoxicillin label: “Following administration of ampicillin or amoxicillin to pregnant women, a transient decrease in plasma concentration of total conjugated estriol, estriol-glucuronide, conjugated estrone, and estradiol has been noted.”
