Almotriptan's FDA label of December 31, 2025 names paroxetine in its warnings and precautions section; the paroxetine labels PlainMeds reads (4) do not name almotriptan. The almotriptan label: “If concomitant treatment with almotriptan tablets and an SSRI or SNRI is clinically warranted, careful observation of the patient is advised, particularly during treatment initiation and dose increases.”
