Use caution if you have stomach or bowel blockage, as this medicine can make it worse. Darifenacin may cause sleepiness, so do not drive or operate heavy machinery until you know how it affects you. Angioedema (swelling of the face, lips, tongue, and/or throat) has been reported with darifenacin and can be life-threatening.
